On doing some research today for a Local Business client who has a Tiling shop – I did a search for some videos on YouTube about how to put up a tile – the first one had over 47,000 views now that’s SEO!!

Yeah I have recently set up someone’s business also using the local business center. What do you mean with the videos and photos? Setting up a business listing through Google is really not that hard.

Well, I think the youtube idea sounds like a great idea, but I do not do any videos at this point (though my mom says that I am very photogenic).

Anyway, I think that your second point was a very good one, and one that is likely forgotten about much of the time. I wonder what effect having pictures with higher ranking would have on other searches (if any).

I need to set up my wife’s business on the local business center. I have to think more about videos and photos. Not sure how that can help.

Go ahead and do that. I think that you could definitely get some traffic through that. Just be sure to target the right keywords or simply take a look at what I wrote Ileane. Try to find out why other videos are ranking well there and then do it yourself. Try different things out and ultimately you will be able to get your videos to that front page.

Yeah Google Local Business Center can help a lot in ranking well in Google for local businesses. Again it only works for local businesses.

It’s pretty cool that you yourself get a lot of people through it. Since I am usually moving around a lot it wouldn’t be such a good idea to use it for me. Thanks for the comment man!
