Who is the Person Behind this Blog?
Hey, my name is Julius Kuhn-Regnier. I started this blog in the summer 2008. My goal actually was to make money through this blog, as I believe most people are trying to do. But after a while I realized that it was not really about making money. This blog became my passion. My goal was not to monetize but to build up a community around this blog and to get to know other bloggers.
In the beginning of 2010 I completely abandoned the idea of making money and removed all of the advertisement from this blog. There are no ads anymore and the only way I am making money through this web site is through affiliate links. And I believe it is important to only promote products that you have used yourself. Not to write about things you don’t know about.
What Can You Expect?
I realized that it’s much more fullfilling to help other people achieve their goals. To help them become the bloggers they want to be after all. That’s what this blog is about. It covers all the topics that are important in order to create a successful blog.
I will soon also offer a free ebook that everyone can download. And no, you don’t need to sign up for an email list in order to get the ebook. You will simply get it for free.
Soon I will also add a sign up form for my newsletter. Actually I don’t like to call it a newsletter because it’s not a real newsletter. My goal is to rather build up relationships with lots of bloggers and I think using email is a great way to do so.
